Project Harmony represents a groundbreaking collaboration between the International Criminal Court (ICC) and leading technology partners Accenture, Avanade, and Microsoft. This initiative aimed to revolutionise the ICC’s response to sexual and gender-based crimes through advanced technological solutions.

The ICC faced significant challenges in managing and prosecuting sexual and gender-based crimes. The existing processes were time-consuming and inefficient, hindering the ICC’s ability to deliver timely justice. The vision for Project Harmony was to create a streamlined, efficient, and technologically advanced system that would enhance the ICC’s capabilities in handling these critical cases. The goal was to reduce case preparation time, improve data management, and enable better collaboration among stakeholders.

EEW Design played a crucial role in bringing this vision to life. We were responsible for the layout, design, and typesetting of the project materials, based on the copy provided by the client. Our design process began with understanding the client’s objectives and the key messages they wanted to convey. We then developed a visual strategy that would effectively communicate these messages through a cohesive and engaging infographic.

Our team meticulously crafted the layout to ensure clarity and visual appeal, balancing text and imagery to guide the viewer’s eye through the information seamlessly. We sourced high-quality stock photography and iconography that aligned with the project’s themes, enhancing the visual narrative and making complex data more accessible. Additionally, the client provided some brand photography, which we integrated to maintain consistency with their established visual identity.

The design was heavily influenced by the ICC brand guidelines, ensuring that the final product was not only visually appealing but also aligned with the ICC’s branding standards. This adherence to brand guidelines helped in creating a cohesive and professional look that resonated with the ICC’s audience.

Key components of the solution included digital transformation, implementing cutting-edge technology to modernise the ICC’s processes, data analysis, utilising advanced data analytics to improve case management and decision-making, and collaboration tools, enhancing communication and collaboration among ICC staff and partners. Our design skills were crucial in visually representing these components, making the information not only informative but also visually compelling.
